Multilingual: Infoblocks in different languages

- Added functionality for automatic translation of templates for calculated values of infoblocks, sections and elements.
- Fixed a bug where when deleting an entity (infoblock, section, element), the templates of calculated values were not deleted from the translation table.

- Fixed a bug where the description of the section image was not translated during mass automatic translation of sections.
- Added the ability to clone web forms into different languages if the “Multilingualism: Maximum” or “Multilingualism: Next” modules are installed.

- Fixed a translation update error for Highload Blocks that occurred when the UF_XML_ID field was missing from the table.
- Added support for working with MULTIPLE type fields. Currently, such fields return a serialized string, not an array.

When you install this update, all translations of Date type property values will be automatically removed.
