Agents are now created and updated when an information block element is changed. If, when creating/updating a post, the time before publication is less than 5 minutes, then the post is not published immediately, but in accordance with the start time of activity. If an element does not have an activity start date or the activity start date is in the past, delayed posting will not work. Fixed a problem with a large number of elements in the information block - the agent runs without error.

The module architecture has been redesigned, execution logging has been added to allow module debugging (disabled by default, not available in the module settings). Fixed a bug: the server name was incorrectly determined when generating links; now the server name is taken from the environment settings (server name in apache/nginx).
