Transferring users and orders
The module is designed to transfer users and orders to another site.
This is often required when creating a new version of a site on a separate 1C-Bitrix installation. When, before launching a new version of a site, it is necessary to transfer orders and users from the old site.
Please note that the module replaces all database tables related to orders, user baskets, users and their groups. In other words, you will not add additional orders or users, but will overwrite the old ones with new ones. Moreover, when transferring users, passwords and logins will become the same as on the donor site.
Before purchasing, be sure to try the demo version, to evaluate whether the module is right for you or not. The demo version has no limitations, it is enough to transfer data from the old site to the new one.
Instructions for use:
1) On the module management page, in the “Export” tab, create an archive with data.
Services-> Transferring users and orders
2) Copy the resulting archive to the site to which we want to transfer this data.
You can do it manually, or you can use the “Import” tab of our module
3) Be sure to make a backup copy of your new site data (only the database is possible).
4) We restore this archive on the new site using standard 1C-Bitrix tools.
