The module massively attaches downloaded images to the corresponding elements of the information block. Images for downloading are posted in a specific directory on the hosting. When you upload images, thumbnail files for them are created at the same time. The thumbnail sizes are specified in the infoblock settings.
The module has very flexible settings; it is possible to write many scenarios for comparing downloaded images with information block elements. At the moment, the operating logic is as follows (provided that the module settings indicate binding to the article field):
- The name of the image file must contain the entire article or the first n characters of the article of the product to which this image must be linked.
- The coincidence of an article with a name or a fragment of a file name can only be complete; a prefix of three Latin characters can be used at the beginning of the file name.
- Both the created thumbnail and the large image are linked to all articles that match the image file name.
- After uploading an image to the information block and linking the file to a product, the images are deleted from the download folder.
The module runs in the background. Within 24 hours after uploading images, they will be linked to the corresponding files. If you urgently need to attach images, you can click the button in the admin panel yourself.
