Это решение для тех, кому нужно приоритезировать очередь из задач стандартного модуля Задачи в Битрикс24.
Т.е. ставите задачи вы как обычно и все, либо часть задач по фильтру попадает в очередь. Есть модераторы, которые могут приоритезировать (перетаскиванием) задачи в рамках своей очереди (твои проекты, ты постановщик). И есть старший модератор, который может приоритезировать общую очередь. Исполнитель исходно видит свою очередь, но может переключиться на общую и может брать новые свободные задачи.
Модуль автоматически отслеживает изменение приоритетов любым из модераторов и обновляет очереди у сотрудников во всех открытых страницах браузеров, для чего используется модуль Push'n'Pull. Так же модуль умеет отправлять уведомления в указанный чат при событии изменении очереди задач сотрудника.
