Магазины, работающие с регионами часто сталкиваются с проблемой: подходящее ли сейчас время для звонка клиенту?
Можно распечатать менеджеру таблицу часовых поясов, или же воспользоваться решением "Время заказа".
Модуль выводит на странице информации о заказе текущее время клиента, определенное по его браузеру. Таким образом менеджер может быстро и удобно узнать, доступен ли покупатель для звонка.
Время клиента показывается для заказов, оформленных после его установки.
Погрешности
Допустимая погрешность ±1 час.
Это связано с тем, что время определяется браузером клиента, в котором может возникать путаница с зимним/летним временем (чаще всего это встречается у Android).
Проблемы
Если время клиента не показывается - убедитесь, что:
- заказ был оформлен после установки модуля
- на странице оформления заказа не возникает ошибок с javascript
Информация о времени может не сохраняться, если происходят манипуляции с сессией (например, при редиректах на разные домены), что происходит в исключительных случаях.
