— On the management object editing page, the "Receipt template" field has been added, allowing you to use a receipt template in the public part (in your personal account) and mailings that is different from the one specified in the receipt component settings (the list item "from the receipt component settings" allows you to use the template specified in its settings)
— In the site installation wizard, the receipt template is selected from this list and saved in the “Receipt template” field of the management object
— On the page with a list of receipts when they are streamed (from group actions), the required receipt template is selected from this list (the “detect automatically” list item allows you to use a template from the settings of the corresponding control object, if one is specified, otherwise the template from the settings of the receipt component will be used )

In the epd-1161 receipt template, the display of the supplier’s serial number is implemented (column “Supplier No.”, in all tables containing this column):
— import of the following attributes of internal tags of the PersAcc tag has been implemented:
the num attribute of the contractor tag is the serial number of the supplier in the receipt (this attribute is added only in tags of service providers that are not the managing organization)
contractor attribute of the credit tag - service provider code (the value of the id attribute of the corresponding contractor tag)
the contractor attribute of the correction tag is the code of the service provider (the value of the id attribute of the corresponding contractor tag).

Changes in the "Organization Contacts" component (citrus:tszh.contacts):
— improved display of the organization’s work schedule
— in the page template, the map automatically occupies the entire available width
— a new sidebar template has been added for use in side panels on website pages (when you need to correctly display the work schedule in an area limited in width)
— minor css style edits.

Changes in the "Editing an organization's work schedule" component (citrus:tszh.office_hours.edit):
— by default, the time range in the drop-down popup is set to 09:00 - 18:00
— in the time setting popup, the inupts have type="text" (instead of type="number" )
— drop-down popups containing input errors are not closed until these errors are corrected.

Changes to the Site Installation Wizard:
— your own installation wizard template (header and contacts in the wizard’s footer)
— added drop-down list styles with the choice of the current personal account (in the resident’s personal account)

It is filled in as follows: if a value is specified in the corresponding field (the flow rate is loaded from 1C), it is displayed, otherwise the flow rate is calculated as the difference in readings (current-previous) taking into account zeroing.
When loading from accounting systems, consumption is loaded from the chargeN attributes of the <meter> tag. (where N is the meter tariff number, from 1 to 3)

Support for consumption volume according to the standard for the epd-1161 receipt template:
— when importing personal accounts, this value is passed in the ammountNorm attribute of the item tag

— added the ability to select the AMOUNT_NORM field in the CTszhCharge class.

The use of the meter verification date has been implemented:
— when importing personal accounts, the verification date is transmitted in the verificationDate attribute of the meter tag
— in the template of the “Meter Data” component (citrus:tszh.meters) the dates of meter verification are now displayed
— in the CTszhMeter class, the ability to select the VERIFICATION_DATE field has been added.

The check of counter readings when resetting has been strengthened: now confirmation of resetting is requested only if the following condition is met:
[bit] > 0
and [prev reading] / [max digit number] >= 0.9
and [current reading] / [max number of digits] In other cases, a normal error message is displayed and entry of lower readings is prohibited.

Bugs fixed:
— an error in the receipt component has been fixed when fetching meter readings
— fixed a bug where accruals were not displayed in the “Turnover Statement” and “Accruals and Debts” (accruals with the debt field not filled in at the end of the period were processed incorrectly)
— corrected incorrect determination of the number of decimal places for communal meters in the receipt according to Resolution 354
— in the installation wizard, the error in setting permissions for blog comments has been fixed
— the date in the name of the meter readings export file has been corrected
— fixed message when there was an error importing personal accounts when a non-existent meter code was specified for accrual

Optimization:
— the logic for selecting previous meter readings on the “Meter Data” page has been optimized
— in the CTszhCharge class the selection has been optimized (subqueries in WHERE have been removed) of the METER_IDS and HMETER_IDS fields
— in the CTszhAccountPeriod class the selection has been optimized (subqueries in WHERE have been removed) of the BARCODES and BARCODES_TYPE fields
— SQL queries for sampling meters (CTszhMeter) and their readings (CTszhMeterValue) have been optimized
— SQL queries in the export of meter readings in xml format have been optimized, which makes the export much faster.

— added the ability to change the accuracy of the tariff field in the database: the tariff value is rounded to the last significant digit after the decimal point.

- total counting now correctly takes into account "X" values
- in section 3 in columns 3 and 4 (Volume of utilities), as well as in section 4 in columns 1 and 2 (Standard consumption of utility services), 5-7 (Total volume of utility services in the house) numbers (quantitative indicators) are displayed with 3 decimal places.

Changes in the receipt according to the EPD-1161 form (epd-1161):

Its important feature is its adaptability for all devices, including smartphones and tablets. Your website on this template will look equally great on any device!

Text, pictures, banners and other information will take on the required size and appearance - depending on the device and screen size on which the site is viewed.

Today this is a very important point for the client, since mobile Internet is widespread. The more convenient it is to use your website, the easier it will be for you to interact with residents and increase payment collection. A new free adaptive template for the Orchid housing and communal services website will help with this!

This template has 4 ready-made color options.

1. A bright gadget has been added to the Site Administrator’s Desktop, when clicked on it goes to a page with a list of advertising leaflets;
2. On the “List of Payment Systems” and “Payments” pages of the “Administration” -> “Services” -> “Housing and Communal Services: Payment” section, a banner has been added, when clicked on it goes to a page with a list of advertising leaflets;

Leaflet generation process:
1. On the page with a list of leaflets, in addition to the standard “Add a new leaflet” button, a “Online leaflet generator” button with a hint has been added;
2. When you click on the “Online Leaflet Generator” button, from the drop-down list you must select for which Housing and Public Utilities Site (if there are several) you need to generate an advertising leaflet;

— The functionality of working with multiple personal accounts has been redesigned on the housing and communal services website; for this purpose the following have been added:
1) Personal account selection block
2) Page for linking a new personal account
The personal account selection block is located on all pages of the “Personal Account” section above the main content block and contains a list of linked personal accounts with the ability to link a new account, as well as information about the current debt of the selected personal account with the possibility of payment.
The format for displaying the list of linked personal accounts can be displayed differently depending on the conditions:
1) If only 1 personal account is linked, the personal account is displayed as a line. At the same time, if the only linked account is not active, then the line is displayed in gray and marked “not active”.
2) If more than 1 personal account is linked, the list of accounts is displayed in the form of a drop-down list, and inactive personal accounts cannot be selected.
The current debt is displayed specifically for the selected personal account at the moment. In this case, the user, by clicking on the “Pay” button, is taken to the payment page, where the amount of debt is automatically entered in the “Payment Amount” field. If desired, the user can change the payment amount.
The personal account linking page is available by clicking the “Link personal account” button.
Linking a personal account to a user occurs in 4 stages:
1) Selecting the binding method. There are 2 methods available: by codeword and by user. In the first case, you must enter the code word specified for this account; in the second, you must enter the login and password of the user from whom this account should be transferred.
2) Entering values and checking the correctness of the entered data.
3) Selecting personal accounts to link to an account. We admit that several personal accounts may have one code word. Or the user from whom the account is relinked may have several personal accounts. Therefore, at this stage you need to choose which personal account you want to link to your current account.
4) Confirmation of personal account linking. At this stage, the site user sees a message about the successful completion of linking the personal account. Otherwise, the linking mechanism will display the text of the error that occurred during the account linking process.
The binding mechanism involves step-by-step execution of account binding, so movement is possible both forward and backward. Thus, if you make the wrong choice, you can always go back and change it using the “Back” button, available at each stage except the last one.
— For the default receipt template, the ability to display both a barcode and a QR code has been added, if they are present in the exchange file.
In the distribution settings of the control object, information output has been added:
1) date and time of the last mailing
2) date and time of the next mailing
— For the site administrator, notifications have been added about the end of the license period of the housing and communal services website; notifications will be shown:
1) one month before the end of the license period
2) one week after the end of the license period
3) on the 15th day after the end of the license period
