The personal account selection block is located on all pages of the “Personal Account” section above the main content block and contains a list of linked personal accounts with the ability to link a new account, as well as information about the current debt of the selected personal account with the possibility of payment.
The format for displaying the list of linked personal accounts can be displayed differently depending on the conditions:
1) If only 1 personal account is linked, the personal account is displayed as a line. At the same time, if the only linked account is not active, then the line is displayed in gray and marked “not active”.
2) If more than 1 personal account is linked, the list of accounts is displayed in the form of a drop-down list, and inactive personal accounts cannot be selected.
The current debt is displayed specifically for the selected personal account at the moment. In this case, the user, by clicking on the “Pay” button, is taken to the payment page, where the amount of debt is automatically entered in the “Payment Amount” field. If desired, the user can change the payment amount.
The personal account linking page is available by clicking the “Link personal account” button.
Linking a personal account to a user occurs in 4 stages:
1) Selecting the binding method. There are 2 methods available: by codeword and by user. In the first case, you must enter the code word specified for this account; in the second, you must enter the login and password of the user from whom this account should be transferred.
2) Entering values and checking the correctness of the entered data.
3) Selecting personal accounts to link to an account. We admit that several personal accounts may have one code word. Or the user from whom the account is relinked may have several personal accounts. Therefore, at this stage you need to choose which personal account you want to link to your current account.
4) Confirmation of personal account linking. At this stage, the site user sees a message about the successful completion of linking the personal account. Otherwise, the linking mechanism will display the text of the error that occurred during the account linking process.
The binding mechanism involves step-by-step execution of account binding, so movement is possible both forward and backward. Thus, if you make the wrong choice, you can always go back and change it using the “Back” button, available at each stage except the last one.
