Fixing the module installer

Receiver field parser fixes for UTF-8

Fixed error sending emails from server (without SMTP) with DKIM signature from PHP 8.

• Added the ability to store the body of the letter and logs in files (the ability to store in the database remains)
• Improved synchronization of module mailboxes with corporate portal mailboxes

Added the ability to specify the source of the sender's name in each mail account (from account settings, from a letter, priority to account settings, priority to a letter).

Minor installer improvements
