The Events Calendar is a tool that expands the capabilities of the Bitrix24 calendar, allowing you to plan and control the completion of training activities by employees of the organization.
The module allows you to plan various events, such as trainings, excursions, master classes and other types of educational activities both automatically and manually. In addition, employees can easily view the schedule of upcoming events, compare it with their personal calendar and sign up for a convenient time.
The ability to record the progress of events in the system allows managers and HR specialists to effectively control the employee training process and track their progress.

Activities
Create activities: trainings, excursions, briefings. Assign those responsible for conducting activities: trainers, guides, instructors.
Rules for completing activities
Configure the rules for completing activities for positions and/or departments, set the recommended periods for completing the activity per year and the frequency of repeating the activity.
Training Planning
Create a training plan for the entire organization, for a department or for an individual employee according to the existing rules for completing activities.
Activity Schedule
To schedule an activity in the calendar, the user responsible for the activity simply creates a calendar event for that activity. Employees who need to complete the activity will be able to see the event and sign up to complete the activity.
Learning control
Track the status of training completion for a training plan, department or a specific employee. When an activity is carried out, the owner of the activity marks the participants and the system records the completion, and the employee's list of activities that must be completed is reduced.

Linking meetings to groups and projects
When creating meetings, specify a group or project association to quickly find and schedule group or project meetings.
Venue
Select a venue from the list of meeting rooms and check the availability of meeting rooms while creating a meeting, or enter the venue in text without booking a meeting room.
Role model
Event Author - the user who created the event. Can edit/cancel meetings in which he is the author. By default, the event author becomes the Event Owner, with the ability to change.
Event Owner - the user who initiated the meeting. Can edit/cancel meetings in which they are listed as the Owner.
Participant - a user participating in the event.
External Participant / Guest - external user participating in the event
Module Administrator - user (values are preset with the ability to edit). Full rights to create / edit meetings, activities and training plans; view reports.
Activity Owner - user who is responsible for conducting the activity. Can create events for activities in which he is appointed as the Owner.
